This 13-week Fire Fitness Test Program will have you ready to max out your fitness test with as little as 4 workouts per week.

 

This program was specifically designed with the Candidate Physical Abilities Test (CPAT) in mind.

 

While other Firefighter fitness tests may have some variance in the events compared to the CPAT, generally most tests will contain some form of the following: 

 

  • Stair Climb
  • Hose Drag
  • Equipment CarryLadder Raise and Extension
  • Forcible Entry
  • Search
  • Rescue
  • Ceiling Breach and Pull

 

Each workout was designed to specifically improve your ability to perform the above events and will take 60 minutes or less to complete. A full breakdown of each workout will be provided, to include the warm-up and cooldown as well.

 

A full gym will be required for this program.
